This is a fully equipped 2-floor house that can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and it's a great place to unwind after enjoying all that Montreal & Laval have to offer.

About Us:
We are a family with 2 parents that work full-time from home and 2 kids that do online/remote schooling. This is our family home and where we live most of the year. Our setup is perfect to accommodate families who need to work remotely and is fully equipped so that you have everything you might need during your stay. Our home is located in a great family friendly neighborhood.
The 2 floors are entirely yours - Washer/Dryer, stove, fridge, bbq, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dining ware, cooking essentials are inside the unit. The living room has a 50inch TV with several streaming channels: Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, all included for free.
In the kitchen, you'll also have access to the following:
- Unlimited Keurig K-cups coffee included
- Vitamix high-end blender
- Breville Citrus press (to make fresh orange juice)
- Rice cooker
- Full set of cutlery (forks, knives, spoons,...)
- Diningware (plates, glasses, cups,...)
- Cookingware (pans, stoves, wok,...)
- Cooking essentials (oils, salt/pepper, spices,...)
As much or as little as needed. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. You can reach us any time of the day for any questions or concerns you may have.

The place is located in a safe, clean and family-friendly neighborhood with 3 parcs a few minutes walk from the property.
You will have access to 2 parking spot in the driveway and access to street parking.
A few house rules:
- We do not accept parties or event in this house.
- Remove leave your shoes at the entrance at all times
- Keep it quiet after 10pm (no loud music will be tolerated after 10pm)
Please treat this place with care as if it was your own house.
* Flexible check-in and check-out times may be available upon request, depending on availability. A fee of $25 applies for each additional hour.
* We welcome one dog per reservation, with a $100 pet fee.
Our home is professionally cleaned before and after every stay to ensure a high standard of comfort and cleanliness.
