Petit paradis sur le bord de l’eau calme , parfait endroit pour ce reposer en nature avec une vue magnifique. Lever de soleil très beau pour les lèves tôt . J’ai adoré !!!

We absolutely enjoyed our three-day stay here! It’s quiet, remote, and peaceful, with small communities only about a 30-minute drive away where you can eat out, treat yourself to some ice cream or look for treasures in the antique stores. Imagine starting your morning with a coffee overlooking the water, listening to the loons. Spending your days enjoying every meal outdoors with incredible views. Then ending the evening soaking in the hot tub while watching the bonfire glow and the lake out in front of you. This place is all that and more. It was exactly what we needed, and we left feeling completely relaxed, recharged, and wishing we could stay longer. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this cottage for 4 nights with my 3 kids and dog. We had a fabulous time! The cottage was clean and well laid out. We were very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and was very clean. The washer and dryer came in handy. We liked the hot tub and the lake. It's not deep enough to jump in off the end of the dock and there are a few weeds, but a few feet out and its super deep. The water is really clear and the lake is perfect for paddle boarding. The cottage faces east so best to enjoy the morning sun! We would totally return.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy waterfront chalet. The hot tub worked perfectly, and the two paddleboards and kayak were great additions. Although not listed among the amenities, the chalet has air conditioning, making it comfortable for summer visits. The host also thoughtfully provided drinking water. The location is peaceful, beautiful, and easy to find, with wonderful water views and stunning sunrises from the balcony. In winter, however, the steep road may be difficult to access—even with a 4WD vehicle—if it hasn’t been cleared. The beds could be a little more comfortable, and having a bathroom closer to the bedrooms would make nighttime access more convenient. Overall, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile stay. Many thanks to the hosts for their warm hospitality!

Beautiful and peaceful spot. Loved having access to paddle boards and hot tub. The lake was great for swimming.

We had a very nice weekend in Amherst. The cottage was right on the lake which was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed using the paddle board off the dock and hot tub! We came with a dog who loved every minute as well. The property was a bit small to keep her on a leash the whole time, but luckily there was a dog park in town which was about a 25 min drive. Would recommend if you're looking for a cozy weekend!

Super emplacement, très tranquille ! Vue magnifique, chalet bien équipé, jeux de société pour les enfants! Le fait d’avoir les paddleboard et le kayak gonflable a été un gros plus, c’était vraiment super!

This chalet was absolutely STUNNING, we instantly felt at home here. If you are looking for a waterfront view, you MUST stay here. We loved having direct access to the lake, it was very private, not a lot of people nearby. One thing I would keep in mind is that the road on the way to the chalet is not paved, it’s dirt road. It was a very bumpy ride on the way there. I would recommend using a SUV. We expected that there would be bugs in the chalet, so we brought our own portable fans and had them on all day and that helped keep them stay away! We were worried about whether it would be too hot inside without AC, but the water and the trees around us surprisingly made the air naturally cool. The highlight for us was definitely learning how to use the paddle boards! WE LOVED IT! Adult life jackets were also included. Marieve and her team were so responsive to all our questions and concerns. They were so helpful. We would LOVE to come back. This is our favourite chalet :)

Le chalet est très bien situé et parfait pour deux personnes. Les deux chambres, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont spatieuses. Marieve répondait rapidement aux questions.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le coin est ultra tranquille et la vue est superbe! Le chalet est bien équipé, très propre et les hôtes ont été très réactifs. Le spa, l’accès au lac direct et les paddleboard ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Tout était parfait et nous recommandons à 100! :)
